Steven is Principal of the Talent Management practice at The Insight Group in Melbourne.

He provides clients with a unique level of understanding and insight by combining his solid experience in the talent management area together with his prior successful general management career which spanned multiple business functions (strategy, sales & service, operations and treasury) and geographies (UK, U.S., Asia, Australia).

His areas of expertise include designing, building and operating integrated talent management processes and systems for companies wanting the right people, in the right jobs at the right time. His expertise is also applied across The Insight Group's executive search practice.

In response to the growing shortage of talent, he also applies the sciences of competitive intelligence and information management to meeting the challenges of talent sourcing and benchmarking of 'top teams', which is a unique approach in the current marketplace.

Prior to joining The Insight Group he was the Global Knowledge and Innovation Director for Talent Intelligence Inc., a global HR consulting company headquartered in Sydney, Australia. For two years he was based in the U.S (Chicago) where he consulted to Fortune 200 companies on succession planning and talent risk management.

Steven has a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management and an Advanced Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
