Simona Mayer

Simona has worked as a researcher over a period of 8 years.  Specifically her role involves the identification and assessment of prospective candidates for key leadership and executive appointments. 

Simona’s area of expertise is in executive search, market mapping and broader industry research across professional, corporate and financial sectors.  She has worked for The Insight Group in both their Melbourne and Sydney offices and in addition, led the research function for a boutique executive search firm specialising in financial services. 

Simona began her career as a Fraud Analyst with one of the major banks quickly rising to the position of Acting Senior Merchant Fraud Analyst. 

Simona holds a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology & Psychology) from the University of Melbourne.
