Laura Petersen
MA, BA, LLB (Hons)

Laura is a Research Associate and works primarily in the Tertiary Education practice. She has developed particularly strong research and analytical skills through her prior experience working in the legal sector as well as her extensive studies.

She is involved in developing research strategies for search assignments, mapping communities of talent and providing support to the management of search assignments.

Laura graduated with arts/law degrees from the University of Melbourne and has been admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria. She practiced law in a large commercial law firm before being awarded funding for graduate study in Berlin. Studying in German, Laura completed her MA at the Freie Universität Berlin. She is currently a PhD student at the University of Melbourne.

In 2010 Laura joined The Insight Group as a Research Associate, greatly enhancing the talent pool of the Tertiary Education practice.
