Jennifer Barbour

 Jennifer Barbour leads our Sydney research department and utilises her considerable skills to identify appropriate candidates across a broad range of executive search assignments.
Her research involves compiling an initial list of appropriate target organisations or businesses. She then undertakes further research to identify potential candidates that may be of interest or suitable for a particular assignment.
Joining The Insight Group as a Research Associate in June 2007, Jennifer has worked on a wide range of senior management level assignments including Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Internal Auditor, Operations Manager, Logistics and Supply Chain Manager, General Manager Corporate Services, Marketing Manager, National Retail Sales Manager, National Packaging Manager and other more specialised roles.
Jennifer has worked across a number of industries including but not limited to: manufacturing and distribution, government, industry bodies, aged care, healthcare, training and education, not for profits, retail, professional and financial services.
Additionally, Jennifer's experience also extends beyond Australia to the Asia Pacific region, where she has worked closely on joint assignments with other firms in our international IRC network, in particular IRC Singapore and China.
Prior to commencing at The Insight Group, Jennifer worked for a division of a multinational organisation, as a customer sales representative. Her role involved sales, marketing, customer service, account management and administrative duties.
Jennifer graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Media in Writing in 2004. |
