Our successful track record includes appointing leaders to a wide range of positions, from Senior Executives to Chief Executive Officers and Directors across Australia and into Asia.  It is important to note that for Australian based roles, candidates may be required to obtain Australian citizenship or residency.

CONFIDENTIALITY
This is highly important for both candidate and client. In some cases we cannot disclose the name of our client in the early stages of the process. This may be for a range of reasons, such as a planned restructure of the company that has not yet been announced to staff.

As a candidate you can be assured that your details will not be marketed to any prospective employers without your permission.

INTERVIEWS
The objective of this part of our process is to ensure that we have all of the information we require about your background, education and experience, and to ensure that you have as much information as we can provide about our client. Often two consultants will be involved in the interviews which will be conducted using largely behavioral based questions.

We have the responsibility to represent candidates accurately and thoroughly. To do this you can help us by being ready to provide as much information as possible.

  • Accurate information on your career background.
  • Dimensions of your roles, such as sales, revenue and expense budgets for your area. Also the reporting structure and the staff who reported to you if this is applicable.
  • Accurate information regarding your remuneration, including a detailed breakdown of your package.

TIMING
We process information for our client as quickly as possible. If you have additional information which you think will help your case after the interview, fax or email it to us and we will ensure that relevant information is passed on to our client.

REFERENCE CHECKING
We generally conduct first interviews between our client and the candidate at our offices. At this point we determine interest from both parties in proceeding further.  If required, we may also perform preliminary reference checking following the initial client interview. We identify appropriate referees and provide feedback to clients.
