Bronwen Kerr

Bronwen Kerr has worked in the executive recruitment industry for over 12 years, recruiting across: industrial, financial services and distribution industries, and more recently focusing on consumer and retail markets.

Prior to joining The Insight Group, Bronwen was employed as a Consultant with a boutique search firm based in North Sydney. Bronwen’s role encompassed the national recruitment of senior executives via search activity, coordinating and performing aptitude tests on behalf of clients and managing medium-scale recruitment drives.

Bronwen joined The Insight Group in September 2005 as a Business Manager.  She has a wealth of experience recruiting across large-scale projects and major clients have included a Top 50 Steel Manufacturer, a global waste recycling organisation, and various national and global financial and professional services firms. Bronwen has recruited senior general management and line roles including: National Logistics Manager, National Sales and Marketing Manager, Human Resources Manager and Chief Financial Officer.

Bronwen’s experience also extends beyond Australia to the Asia Pacific region, where she has managed joint assignments with other firms in our international IRC network, in particular IRC Singapore and China.

Bronwen holds tertiary qualifications in Psychology and a Masters in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney.
